The Dailies. September 2

Did you work on your language today? Create any new rules of grammar or syntax? New progress on a script? New words in your lexicon?

On the other hand, do any excavating or reading or enjoying stuff you’ve already created? Do you have any favorites to share?

How did you conlang today?

  1. I just identified the etymology of Lortho:

Lortho is the combination of Lor, the name of the deity upon which their story of life is based and –tho, the archaic form of the genitive case.  Over time they fused to become a noun and can take other endings (i.e. konpharin lorthomeI speak Lortho-ACC).

The mountain upon which Lor resides is called Malhi Dharakhi, The Great Mountain.

Now I have this uncontrollable urge to create a sign, symbol, or emblem for Lor.
