daē: to bite
So, I missed yesterday, and then nearly missed today, too. But, nevertheless, I am back, with words!
sulla, to scream (like a toddler) (agentive-intransitive)
doṙjaoso, an individual of a species of giant, very intelligent, magically adept squid-like creatures, with four long clawed tentacles and four shorter grasping/feeding arms, which live in the deep seas and only very rarely terrorize sailors. They are associated with the Blue Aspect, and are skilled in manipulating the flow of natural magical energy to create large-scale long-lasting effects. Religious doctrine claims that they are sacred, their role being to create the ocean currents in service of their patron deity.
I’ve had the idea for these for a while, but only today have I named and described them textually, so this is all I have on them for now.
