The Dailies. January 13
Did you work on your language today? Create any new rules of grammar or syntax? New progress on a script? New words in your lexicon?
On the other hand, do any excavating or reading or enjoying stuff you’ve already created? Do you have any favorites to share?
How did you conlang today?

I’m working on a translation exercise and so I standardized what I wanted to do with noun suffixes applied to adjectives: you can put the definite-article suffix on an adjective to say “the [adjective] one,” so I’m formalizing it as a rule that you can make those plural as well in the same way you would make a definite noun plural (“the [adjective] ones.”) Not sure if I’ve done this before.
This sounds cool! Could you give us a sample of what those definite adjective plurals would look like? *curious*
“yēgandikab” = “the happy ones”
happy+plural+definite
Neat!
Would “the happy one” be “yēganab”? (just guessing)
Close, it’s “yēgankab”!
