The Dailies. March 13

Did you work on your language today? Create any new rules of grammar or syntax? New progress on a script? New words in your lexicon?

On the other hand, do any excavating or reading or enjoying stuff you’ve already created? Do you have any favorites to share?

How did you conlang today?

  1. Does anyone use ConWorkShop? If so, how?

I registered but am not sure if I’m going to use it; it feels a little too walled-gardeny to be a good display site for my language.

    1. I use it but only for word generation really (word gen 2). I find it easier than trying to make up words myself most of the time, plus seeing what combos it gives me is helping me narrow down what phonotactic rules I should have.

      1. Cool, thanks.

Also, I don’t list every derived term in my dictionary, but I think I got to about 900 words towards the end of Lexember! The milestone appears to have been something like “yōm ambēmak: lighthouse.” 🙂
