The Dailies. January 8
Did you work on your language today? Create any new rules of grammar or syntax? New progress on a script? New words in your lexicon?
On the other hand, do any excavating or reading or enjoying stuff you’ve already created? Do you have any favorites to share?
How did you conlang today?

I made a spreadsheet with the right columns to start on this Akachenti lexicon. That’s as far as I got.
I started a dictionary file for Orklang yesterday! I haven’t added many words yet, but at least I picked a format. I’m organizing by root word and then listing derived terms below since it’s such a synthetic language.
Here’s an example of an entry, one of the few that has derived words of the ones I have so far:
Nice! I found having root-based or having non-root alphabetized both have drawbacks when I’m trying to remember where I put a word, which is how I ended up with a spreadsheet with a column for word and column for root, so I can sort by either.
That’s pretty neat. I think I am going to start creating a lexicon for Lortho on my wiki page. It would definitely allow for better organization and also a good showcase of my work.
