  1. vrhoskuetre – unkillable, generally possessed of some sort of regenerative, self-healing, or self-protective quality which prevents death from injury, illness, or attack

dntekuetre – undying, generally referring to those who do not grow decrepit or die of natural causes after some passage of time

    fiakhnar – obs. clans

    feahne – clans

So a handful of things here: unkillable is distinct from undying, though some can be both (this is rare except among the gods). Also rhotics and nasals are syllabic and can be used in place of vowels. Fiakhnar is from the -nar language and feahne is what it turned into for the war clans. Oh, and on all of these, stress is penultimate.

    1. Love syllabic rhotics! Syllabic nasals seem a bit trickier to me but doable. The fiakhnar->feahne transition is so cool! Very tantalizing worldbuilding glimpses in the meanings of unkillable and undying? (So I gather those called ‘unkillable’ still age at normal rates?)

      1. To be honest, I find syllabic rhotics harder to pronounce. 🙂

Yeah, the unkillable typically age at roughly the same rate or sometimes a bit slower due to less general wear and tear on the body but not like they’ve just stopped aging at some point.
